a diagram showing the internal baffle system of an Aqua Barrier
Internal Baffle System: The patented internal baffle(s) locks into place when the barrier is exposed to uneven water pressure. It is made of a flexible PVC material and is perforated to allow water to flow from one cell to the next.

Pipe Loops: Pipe loops are fabricated on each end of the barrier to facilitate the installation and removal of the barrier. Inserting a pipe through the loops allows for the attachment of an elevated equipment arm (i.e. track hoe bucket) to maneuver the barrier during the installation or removal process.

an Aqua Barrier fill port
Fill Ports: One of the unique features of Aqua Barriers™ are threaded fill ports which are used to inflate the barriers. These fill ports are available in 2-in ID and to 4-in ID. Standard locations for the fill ports are in pairs 5ft-to 15ft from the end of the barrier based on the barrier height. The fill ports can be custom installed at any location along the unit.

an Aqua Barrier drain port
Drain Ports: Drain ports are available to assist in efficiently draining the barriers for removal. These drain ports are available in 4in ID or 8in ID, and are generally located on both sides and both ends of the barrier. Like the fill ports, the drain ports can be custom installed at any location along the unit.
