Diversion Pipes

Aqua-Barriers™ water inflated cofferdams were also used in an Austin, Texas stream using a stream DIVERSION method. Here stream diversion pipes are laid with a few sand bags underneath.

Because the Aqua-Barriers™ portable dams mold over the top of the stream DIVERSION pipe, the river's flow poses no threat to the construction dewatering project.

The Aqua-Barriers™ temporary dam lies directly over the stream DIVERSION pipe.
